LIFE INSURANCE

SHORT TERM DISABILITY

The MyFullDesk system puts benefit information and enrollment at your fingertips 24 hours a day, seven days a week. REFERRAL PROGRAM

We value our existing relationships, and are always looking to build new ones. We offer up to $500 if you refer someone to us who we are able to successfully place.

KEY INFORMATION TO KNOW ABOUT OUR BENEFIT PLANS

Application must be made within the first 30 days of employment or during our annual open enrollment period. “Qualifying Events” may allow employees to make changes at any time during the plan year however an application must be submitted within 30 days of the qualified life event. Health, Dental and Vision premiums are paid on a pre-tax basis.
